Dubai Maritime City is purposely located north of the main city center and creek area business district amidst Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks. The site is linked by a causeway to the wider road network, providing access to all of Dubai’s principle expressways including Sheikh Zayed Road.
Primarily located towards the east of Dubai, the project site is situated in close proximity to Jumeirah Beach Road (1km), Bur Dubai (1.5km), Shindaga tunnel (Deira) (2.5km), Sheikh Zayed Road (3km), and the Dubai International Airport. (10km)
