The European styled villas have large balconies and have exquisite tile work inspired by the Renaissance era. The Islamic styled villas depict the traditional Islamic architecture of Morocco, and Ottoman cultures.
The Italian and the French Rivera’s are the inspiration for the Mediterranean styled villas. Cypress and olive trees are especially planted to give a tropical feeling. The nature is give importance in the Oasis styled villas and they are filled with lush green landscapes and gardens.
All the villas are well constructed giving a feeling of serenity and oneness with the nature. A maid’s quarter, a private swimming pool and a garden are featured in all the villas. A touch screen is installed in the main room of each villa giving access to the temperature settings, security system and lighting. There are numerous small bridges on the many waterways around the vicinity and residents can also enjoy jogging and cycling along the tracks.
Along with the villas there are 31 mansions on the Jumeirah Islands. Tile and rocks work is used as the mansions are made on the Mediterranean theme with beautiful olive trees and large terraces.
