Green Community MotorCity:
Family home development that includes family villas, townhouses, and bungalows. In addition, the development will feature luxurious terraced apartments overlooking an artificial lake. Green Community MotorCity will be gated and offer retail opportunities and recreation centres. Construction is due for completion and handover in 2009.
UPTOWN MotorCity:
Apartment development carefully designed to house a population living close to the energizing Dubai Autodrome.
