Master Development
White BayCity: Umm Al Quwain
White Bay is a combined use development in Umm Al Quwain, U.A.E. The development is designed as a place for residents to escape from the city and enjoy the composure of the natural surroundings. White Bay is constructed around a town center including retail, restaurant, and community amenities. The development will maximise water front access for the public even as keeping very exclusive private waterfront villas.
It comprises low-rise and apartment residential buildings, corporate & retail centres, villas, service apartments, hotels, artists’ colony, townhouses and a ‘retirement village.’ The central points of this 'township by the sea' are its Town Center and Marina.
Even though a separate emirate, Umm Al Quwain is merged to the corporate centers of Dubai via the Emirates Road, White Bay is incomparable:
- 20-minute drive from Dubai International Airport
- 25-minute drive from Business Bay, TECOM, Dubai Internet City & Dubai Media City
- 30-minute drive from Jebel Ali Free Zone & Port
Facilities and Amenities:
- Service apartments, artists’ colony, ‘retirement village’
- Waterfront villas & townhouses
- Arts & crafts bazaar
- Hotels, cafes, community centre
- Marina with 178 wet berths
- A subtle fusion of traditional & modern building styles
- Idyllic beaches
- Alfresco dining by the sea
- Waterskiing, yachting, horse rides
