The Aspect Tower is the first freehold boutique office tower in The Executive Towers at the Business Bay, the new business district being developed on the lines of global business capitals. The freehold office tower is being launched to meet the vast demand for freehold office space in Dubai.

It will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road before the 2nd Interchange at the northwest side of the Executive Tower development. It will be between Defence Roundabout and Safa Park and will be easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road.

Rising up to 135 metres above the landscaped plaza, the tower will soar in a combination of strong rectilinear frames and sliding cladding planes in green and blue tinted glass, white, grey and bronze aluminum and low level panels and portals of sandstone, culminating at the roof level by four stainless steel blade walls.

The Aspect Tower will have 166 office units with sizes varying from 1,000 square feet to up to 3,000 square feet. The top floor offices, however, will have areas of up to 6,000 square feet.

The tower is basement, ground, mezzanine and 39 floors. It will have car-parking facilities for about 740 cars

The tower has eight passenger elevators and one service elevator. High-end telecommunications is provided by Dubai Internet City. There will be 24-hour security and maintenance, state-of-art health club with swimming pools, plaza-level landscaped gardens and direct access to adjacent 200 retail shops mall at the Executive Towers podium
