Open your eyes to a striking vision. The Fortune Group is proud to unveil the most ambitious commercial project to date in Dubai and the tallest commercial tower in the world, aptly named – Burj Al Alam – the World Tower.
Burj Al Alam will be a typical addition to the skyline of Dubai and an architectural masterpiece that will be acclaimed the world over. Rising up to 108 storeys, it will offer ultra-modern offices, a five-star hotel, a high-end shopping plaza as well as the world's first roof top spa. Engineered by Arup Japan and designed by none other than Nihon Sekkei Japan & TAK (Teo A. Khing of Singapore), it will be 484 mtrs high (1588 ft) making it the tallest commercial tower in the world. Construction will begin in 2006 and the project is expected to be completed by 2010.
Burj Al Alam will offer offices and residencies of unusual beauty and style - as well as the most attractive array of amenities, recreation and pleasures. The tower is strategically designed to accentuate the view of Business Bay Creek on the South side and the Burj Dubai super-high rise tower on the North. A wide spread sign, with specialty design retail spaces that feature luxury designer brands, will serve as the first point of approach.
Facilities and Amenities:
The residences and commercial enterprises at Business Bay feature industrial working spaces, comfortable and luxurious residential units and contemporary facilities and amenities. Playing areas, arcades and landscaped plazas provided by the Courtyard. The Courtyard is a combination of modern architectural themes with exclusive amenities, while the Podium is a unique feature that links the residential towers and provides covered walkways, fountains and pedestrian-friendly lane.

The Dubai Mall located is one of the largest malls in the world located at Downtown Burj Dubai. It will be the leading lifestyle destination for shopping and entertainment. It is a shopper’s paradise featuring 1,200 retail outlets, two anchor department stores, a 220-store Gold Souk and more than 150 food and beverage outlets – all masterfully spread over an astonishing area totalling 12.1 million square feet.
