The Dhs 300 million project is being developed by Creekside Development Company, owned by Al Baraka Islamic Bank, and is due for completion by 1st quarter of 2009.
The 22-storey commercial tower offers modern and luxurious finishes throughout. Features include restaurant and convenience store, roof top terrace, clean parking area, and a minimum of 8 parking spaces per office.
