Westburry SquareLocation: Business Bay
Westburry Square will comprise of two towers, one for residential purposes and one for business purposes. Located in Phase One of Business Bay with views of the Burj Dubai, the creek and the Dancing Towers.
Westburry Square Residential will reach 39 floors and will offer Studio’s, 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments which will vary in size from 369 square feet for a smaller studio to 1,755 square feet for the larger 3 bedroom apartment.
