The visionary management of Cayan chose Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the world-renowned and award-winning architectural group to be their partners in this remarkable project. When the team began their task, they were inspired both by the unique setting of Dubai Marina and the dynamic simplicity to be found in the organic curves of nature.

Taking these elements as their starting point, they have created a truly unique building, an 80-storey tower that spirals in a smooth curve by an astonishing 90º, to give every apartment a stunning view of the sea or marina.
