Pier 8 comprises of 39-storey high-end luxury apartment tower along with retail and leisure facilities. The tower accommodates 234 apartments in total.

Deep set balconies punctuate the front end of the tower, offering spectacular views over the marina. The white spine also folds and manifests itself along the entire waterfront façade of the podium.

The design takes into consideration climatic condition and orientation of the building. A combination of sun shading elements, including aluminum brise-soleils, deep projecting balconies. Each garden apartment and penthouse is provided with large terraces and balconies offering extensive views of the marina.
