There will be six different districts: The Maritime Center, The Marina District, The Academic Quarter, The Industrial Precinct, The Harbour Offices, and The Harbour Residences.
This waterfront development is primarily located north of the main city centre and creek area business district, between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks. It is as site connected by a causeway to the wider road network, providing an access to all of the expressways in Dubai, including the Sheikh Zayed Road.
It is also situated in close proximity to Jumeirah Beach Road, Bur Dubai, Shindaga tunnel, and Dubai International Airport.
