According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD) data, it is officially the city's most pricey penthouse ever built and sold — and globally the third. The document ranked Penthouse D at One Hyde Park, London ($237 million) second, while the Odeon Tower Penthouse in Monaco ($440 million) at the top. Slated to be completed in Q3 2027, the skyscraper will set the bar higher for a truly luxurious lifestyle.

Sam Horani, an associate partner at Provident Estate, closed the million-dollar deal for the super-luxury address. The highly anticipated under-construction project, Como Residences, will be strategically located in Palm Jumeirah, the iconic community known for its upscale residences, glamorous hotels and exclusive fine dining.
"The Como Residences Penthouse is not just a residence but a statement of ultimate luxury and exclusivity. Its sale marks a historic moment in the Dubai real estate landscape, solidifying its place as an enduring symbol of opulence for future generations," stated Sam Horani.
Spanned 21,949 square feet, the showstopping 5-bedroom penthouse in Como Residences will feature a 360-degree sky pool and a private elevator.

The architectural design of Como Residences draws inspiration from the sea, featuring flowing, organic lines reminiscent of a seashell. Standing over 300 metres tall, the tower will house 81 exclusive residences, including two- to seven-bedroom apartments and a lavish duplex penthouse.

The most expensive residence ever sold in Dubai is a mansion on Frond N Palm Jumeirah, which was purchased for AED 600 million (approximately $163 million) in 2022 by the Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani.
