About the Developer

Construction in Phases

Upon completion, RAK Central will offer three million square feet of office space for rent and over 4,000 residential apartments. Additionally, the development will feature three hotels boasting over 1,000 keys. For the residents' convenience, the community will have multiple parks and green spaces, diverse retail and entertainment facilities, and a network of interconnected buildings with over 1,000 visitor parking spaces. 

Construction activities are slated to commence in 2024, with the initial phase of infrastructure and the main business complex anticipated to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2026.
