Position: Property Consultant for Secondary Market
Location: Palm Jumeirah & Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai
Job Type: Full-time, Commission Only
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
- Presentable with a professional image.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Financially stable for at least 6 Months.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for luxury property sales.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve targets.
