Role Summary:
As a Property Engineer at Provident, you will be a key part of the Engineering Department of the company, responsible for evaluating residential properties for compliance in regulations, perform thorough property inspections, interview homeowners, and prepare inspection reports, in one of the most successful and progressive real estate agencies in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Awareness of the daily scheduled inspections
- Make any necessary preparations
- Contacting the client beforehand to confirm their availability and our attendance
- Conducting inspections to the highest standards
- Submitting reports within a maximum of 48 hours
- Advising and giving guidance to our clients about the
- Engineering standards and practices in Dubai
- Updating and maintaining all records on the shared drive
- Conducting a follow-up inspection when necessary
- Any necessary follow-ups with the developer’s team to close the snags
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Experience of at least 3 years in Construction Sites in UAE, including the Snagging phase
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good decision-making skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Understanding of the Electrical & Mechanical systems, including how to test them
- Proficiency in using Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel ..etc.)
- Driving License and a mode of transportation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Current and in-depth knowledge of construction regulations
- Proficient in English: Written & Spoken
