Vela Viento is a project by developer Omniyat, located in the prestigious Business Bay area on the Dubai Water Canal waterfront. The project is being developed and designed by the renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners. Interior and furniture design is being developed by Gilles & Boissier Studio.
The main feature of the building will be its unique dancing form. Such a surprising effect of the towers is created by smooth curves, horizontal lines and multi-level balconies. The two towers will be connected by soaring bridges, which will become the dining areas for the three luxury residences of the Sky Bridge Duplexes.
The development features fully furnished four-bedroom residences and duplexes from the Sky Bridge Duplexes collection. Exclusive four-bedroom penthouses from the Celestial Penthouses collection will also be available.
Each residence in the development has a private balcony and swimming pool. Residents are also presented with a host of premium community amenities such as a large infinity pool, state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio, and resident lounge. The podium will feature children's and adult pools, a spa area, and a conference room.
Vela Viento has an attractive location in close proximity to the main Sheikh Zayed Road motorway. Landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, City Walk and Museum of the Future are all within a 10-minute radius, while Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina can be reached in around 20 minutes.
