After Jeddah, A New Trump Tower and Hotel is Coming to Dubai!

Dubai’s skyline is about to get even more iconic! Dar Global, a leading international luxury real estate developer, has announced a major collaboration with The Trump Organization to launch the prestigious Trump Tower Dubai. In fact, this will be the company’s first tower project to launch after Donald Trump assumed office on January 20 as U.S. President.

What to Expect from Trump Tower Dubai?

The AED 2 billion-plus Trump Tower is set to debut in 2025. This architectural marvel will feature:

• Branded Residences – Luxurious branded residences with premium finishes and breathtaking city views.
• The Trump Private – An elite, members-only club for VIPs seeking exclusivity and unmatched privileges.

Trump’s Second Big Project in the UAE

This isn’t the first time the Trump brand has made its mark in Dubai. The Trump Estates at DAMAC Hills already stands as a luxury residential destination. However, Trump Tower Dubai will be the first standalone skyscraper carrying the Trump name in the emirate.

Interestingly, a Trump Tower was first proposed in Dubai in 2005 as Palm Trump International Hotel & Tower, planned for Palm Jumeirah. However, the project was suspended indefinitely in 2009 due to financial challenges. With this new partnership between Dar Global and The Trump Organization, Trump Tower Dubai is now a reality, with more details expected by the end of 2024.
