Role Summary:
As an IT Specialist at Provident, you will be a key part of the Operations Department of the company, responsible for providing various forms of computer-related technical assistance and improving the efficiency of the work of the staff through the use of technology, in one of the most successful and progressive real estate agencies in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implement security measures
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
- Record keeping of all IT Related office equipment
- Oversee and action maintenance or replacement of IT Related equipment
- Familiarize your with all company equipment, and gain knowledge of routine maintenance and troubleshooting for them
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Good organization, time management and prioritization
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellence knowledge of Google Services
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, such as computer science, information technology or computer engineering
- Proficient in English: Written & Spoken
